Hi Clare how you doing?it happen again map resented but this time it happened in two different area at the same time I can show you some pics of before and after also I did the hard reset and unplugging the Xbox for 5mins didn't work is there any way I can recover it back ?or how back up saved games on Xbox one

The hard reset generally only works some times and before a crash occurs. The best way to avoid an MD5 error is by using the workaround other players found which is detailed here: https://7daystodie.com/forums/showthread.php?69218-Possible-work-around-and-or-solution-to-md5-crashes(base-wipes-resets)
That workaround works on the basis that you delete local save files immediately after a crash, and then resync files form the XB1 cloud. As this is an unofficial workaround I advise caution and that you read the thread linked above.
XB1 systems can only backup save files to the cloud. This is an anticheat system MS introduced after earlier XB files could be manipulated. The cloud syncs very quickly, hence why the workaround requires immediate action, and only stores the most recent version of that save. It is not possible to save iterations of the save file like you would be able to via USB on PS4.
