PC Crafting Ques

I have to say that I am not a fan of the new crafting cues. Constantly having to add new items to the cue is a royal pain in the ass. I understand that in real life one doesn't drive around on a motorbike while simultaneously making bushels of arrows...but its still annoying. Do any of the devices I have found scattered around give you the ability to set a large workload then walk off? The forge is particularly annoying because the produce it makes is so key to survival.

 
How many things are you looking to craft?

You can craft stuff in the workbench and have multiple workbenches.

If you want faster Forges.... make more of them I guess?


PS: Also it's queues not cues. [One is a lineup... the other is for playing pool.]

 
i think he's complaining about crafting times going wonky when you get out of range of your base. its very annoying when you are doing mass production of cement or steel. you cant just cancel and restart to rest the times, because there wont be room in the forge for all the materials after canceling. its not as bad for all the other stations, but its really annoying with forges

 
I don't think it's that.

p.s. the crafting times go wonky the moment you leave the workstation, you do not need to get out of range of it to experience this bug.

yep, I start the crafting, exit/reenter just to see how long it will actually take. FeelsBadMan

 
It used to be you could set yourself to work on a que of 100 things and go about your merry way. now you are constantly trying to monitor the state of your que and add new items. Its a pain for stuff you need to mass produce like gunpowder or wooden spikes
