PC Crafting gunpowder in bulk?

Is this broken? When I go to my chemistry bench and select the bulk recipe and then click on skill, it takes me to mining. Am I blind or is this broken? I cannot figure out how to unlock it in 2.6, but almost always had it in older versions.

Clicking on Skills just opens the crafting skills tab. The gunpowder bundle unlocks through Explosives crafting, as it shows when you click on it:

Okay, I was blind. I went through every one and somehow missed it. Thank, bdubyah! I still love your vehicle mods. Once I am sure my server is solid I'm going to add some of them to it again. I miss the UH-60!
