CR command not working on 1 of my servers

I have multiple POI's that have been demolished on blood moon nights and have found that the CR does not work on this server. The

command shows that is generating blocks but the POI is not being repaired. Any insight on how to fix this issue would be helpful

Try shift-F6 while in the poi.
