Connection timed out...

So my server is running an 2 of my house computers can join it. but the other one always says conection timed out. when i try to have frinds join the server they also time out. ports are forworded properly. any ideas

 
error mesage "Connecting to steamID -my server steam id-

"P2PSessionConnectFail to -my server steam id- - Error: K_EPwPSessionErrorTimeout"

"Connection to server failed: Connection Timed out"
