PC Complete Quest Tickets

Does anyone know if TFP removed the Complete Quest tickets from the Creative Menu?  I just had another instance where a T6 quest at the Athletic Complex would not complete (running v1.1 b14).  Yellow dot, but the sleeper(s) would not spawn.  I tried all of the tricks I know about to get it to spawn, but nothing worked.  So, I decided to use a Complete Quest ticket, but could not find them in the Creative Menu.  Are they gone now?  Anybody know?

 
I think I managed to capture all of it in one screenie :) These things?

cm > 'u' > activate Dev Blocks -option to the left of the search bar > search for "quest"

Although, those don't complete an active quest, just grant a new complete one.
