PC Coming from an old time, any new stuff :) ?

So yeah, last time I played the game (i think) was like 1 year ago (2017/9/18) and I haven't played it since

And the last time I checked it, it was getting the new "electricity" system which enables you to automate your guns and stuff, (it was released on PC much earlier, but I left the game before the update so I didn't play with it or tried it)

So after that point/update what new stuff has been added?

Absolutely nothing. Ttg is closing down so 7dtd is in legal limbo.
