PC Combination of wasteland guns and "perfect" guns?

I like the look of the wasteland design of guns but still want the original "perfect" gun models.

The game world happens in  US, where "perfect" guns are everywhere. It will make sense for player being able to loot a "perfect" guns in some households or gun shops.

Players can craft those wasteland guns but "perfect" guns can only be found in loots. Lower quality perfect guns may be scraped to obtain parts for making wasteland guns in early game stage. Perfect guns can only be repaired with gun parts and repair kits together.

 
You can craft the "perfect" guns. You just need the right skill for it. Gunslinger for pistols, smg, magnum and desert eagle for example. Same for rifles or shotguns. If you have points in a gun skill you can craft that gun. You can ofc also find a schematic, but with no skill points invested in that gun you can only craft a tier 1 then. .

Nah, i like the charm of those small details on the weapons. The plain normal looking gun is boring tbh. Seen to often already in many games over the years.

 
For me it would depend on how many years have passed since Z-Day.
