claim block not working

hello, i create a dedicated server on a rented host. installed 7dtd last version and almost everthing is ok.Just the land claim block are not working at all. even the sound of hitting a claimed clock is gone, and the damage is like there is no lcbTIA

Are you trying to hit something that is claimed by yourself, or claimed by another player whom is not your Friend/Ally?
