Changing the starting quests

I have been trying to edit 7 days to die files to change the starting quests to quests of my own for players. I want to finish a mod I've been working on and this is the last thing I need help with. I havent had any luck...

The starter quests can be found in quests.xml, "Basic Survival 1-8".

Please elaborate if you need further help :)
