Windows Change Host v2.4 game

Hi guys, i have a friend who is hosting currently on v2.4 and we are all playing on steam pc version. Due to his pc specs, he want to change the host to me.

But how do we transfer the host map files? We tried going to the 7d2d "Saves" and copy the file and it says "the world no longer exist"

You need to copy the save as well as the map. If you want to be sure that you have everything, you could copy the entire Saves folder and the entire GeneratedWorlds folder, but if you want to limit it to the single save and map, you'll need to pick the right ones from those folders. Be sure that you also have all mods that the host has.
