Is there any kind of way to get a hotfix. I am not sure sure, if I am the only person having this issue. However, when I did update this game from v25 to v26. I do nothing but crash. I usually play offline. However, recently I keep my internet connected. It's just so it's easier for me to report all of the crashes that I have. Especially crashing, at the end of a long mission. Just to get back on for the game to tell me that I have to start all over again.

This is a very common errorcode with no specific meaning. It can be anything from a failing disk drive to unstable internet. Sony will advice you to reset your whole system or send it for repair if the problem still occurs. Just make sure your system has letest patch, your internet is hardwired and your power uninterrupted. And keep sending crash reports to Sony every single time it crashes.
If playing offline without connection makes it more stable just do that. In my experience online game modes suffer more crashes than offline modes on PSN...
I'm not understanding. Why would it be my system's fault if this game and only this game continues to crash? I never had an issue until I connected my playstation back to the internet and had to update 2.6. I had at least ten plus errors before I kept my internet connected. I assume because I was offline that my errors weren't being sent. So when I play this game, I keep my ethernet cable connected in my internet on. So when it does crash, it can be sent. I actually had a crash today. It was sent to playstation with the video connected. From my experience version 2.6 is not stable. I can play offline or online. And I still get the same result.

The best option for console is to use the report bug option from the game. It will send your log(s) to TFP and they can use those to try and determine the cause. Unfortunately, when it comes to consoles, there's little anyone here can do because we have no way to see your logs and so can't see where the problem is. Sometimes we can guess, especially if it's something that others have had trouble with, but that's not often possible.
You said it happens after updating to 2.6. Are you playing a save from before 2.6 or a new game started in 2.6? It may be something caused by playing an older save, though there really shouldn't be any problems with using a 2.5 save in 2.6. But it's worth considering. Also, sometimes a save just gets corrupted, often caused by an improper shutdown of the game, such as a crash or losing power to the console. After that, there isn't always a way to fix the save, especially on consoles.
Aside from the issues you're currently having, I will point out that 3.0 will be stable very soon (people are thinking this Monday, but I haven't seen any official statement about that). When that happens, you should probably consider a new save anyhow even if older saves work. The many new options will allow you to change the game in many ways and it can be better to start a game with those options in place rather than changing them in a game that you're already really far into. So you might want to just wait for 3.0 and start a new game and see if that resolves the problem for you. Though I'd still suggest using the report bug option in the game in case it's a bug they can fix.

However, i feel that really puts a damper on the game. Although this game is in "beta". With my timeplay, that just means the developers are constantly updating the game. That's like saying DC universe or warframe, is still beta...
