Can’t zoom in on the edges of the map

When I try to zoom in on a spot near the edge of the map, it gets caught on something and goes off the screen.

It seems that warping on the map using debug mode is also not possible.

With dm on and holding ctrl then right click on destination works fine for me. (2.4 b7)

Apparently I didn't explain it well enough. If you try to warp to a location close to the edge of the map, you will be repelled.

Key Information here: it is an issue tied to Navezgane as this does not happen in RWG worlds.
