PC Can't view attachmants/pics on this forum

Took me a while to even get the ability to post. I tried joining in Jan/Feb and gave up for a while. Finally came back recently and saw it would allow me to finally log in and post a reply. However when trying to look at a picture in someones reply I still get this:

Your account is still in the moderated stage. You need 10+ posts to exit that stage. There is an announcement at the top of every forum section outlining this.

I had to approve this post before it could be visible. That's how we keep spam bots out.

Thanks and sorry. I didn't see that link. I was reading last week or so and finally noticed I had access to the forum. When I first signed up I couldn't sign in a week or so after. Didn't receive any emails to confirm anything and kinda gave up.
