PS Can't Upload Error When Trying to Save to Cloud PS5

Is anyone else having issues with saving to the cloud on PS5 console when playing 7DTD? Error code is CE-113205-2 and it says it can't upload. This has been happening for a couple of weeks now. We have 1GB Broadband internet and has been working great. Speed test shows the speed is there. Internet company says it is a PS problem. PS says it's an internet problem. This sucks! Any info. would be appreciated to get this resolved. Thanks
 
Console can only have 1GB of save space for the game so if your save is bigger than that, it may be causing problems. If not, you can try manually uploading the save to the cloud.
 
Are you talking about going to Settings, Saved Data, Choosing PS5 and then 7DTD game, then Upload? If so, that is what we are doing. I forgot to mention this error shows up on both PS5's that we own. Internet company came out today and changed out the router, but PS is still giving this error. We've contacted PS again, hopefully they will check into and resolve.
 
If the cause is the save being too large, there won't be any options to fix your problem besides starting a new save or doing chunk resets so that the save size gets reduced. Save sizes increase based on the number of changes to a map. So if you do a lot of destruction of blocks in POIs, do a lot of mining, do a lot of building, etc. that changes things on the map, your save size will continue to increase with each of those changes. With chunk resets, you can help to keep that down, though it won't reset areas you are visiting during the time frame you have chunk resets set to or where you have a land claim, bedroll, or vehicle. Other things also increase sizes of saves, but those are the main things.

Note that if you have some other save uploaded, removing that could give you enough space to upload your current save.
