PC Can't share vehicle storage

Is this a bug or intended? Only the owner of the vehicle can access the storage now regardless of if players are allied or in a party.

 
I would wager there was a duping bug that couldn't be resolved in time for release.

I have nothing to back that up but precedence would say that's probably the case.

Perhaps once that's ironed out we'll be able to share storage.

I wouldn't worry too much about it now. This is Experimental after all.
