PC Cant Regain Health?

Water level is max, Food is max and stamina is max.

but i cant get above 42 health?

I have the passive healing skill but i am not getting any healing, anyone know why?

 
Well, there is now a function where your max stamina and health can be capped (should show up as grey color) due to death or debuffs. I suspect that may be the reason - happened to me last night too and my research today has suggested I was likely capped due to multiple deaths.

 
Aright that might be it, i died ones. DId you figure out if "Boom! Headshot!" works with bow too? because it seems like we are doing the same dmg and i have 2/5 in Boom! Headshot!. we Use bow both.

Painkillers doesnt work for me atleast.

I wouldn't have thought anything of it, but my health also is staying at 42. (Mind you, I haven't really bothered with it, but it seems an odd coincidence.)

 
I read that currently Boom! Headshot! only works with guns. Also, read that painkillers add to armor value and not health anymore.

They updated the tooltip for it. It works with bows.
