PC Cant press apply when editing profiles

I made my character in a16 since a17 has that retarded color pallete (seriously devs, bring the presets back for the skin, eyes and hair), and when I tried to edit it in a 17 it wouldnt do anything when i press apply.

Dear god no. I can finally get a decent red hair color with the new system.

And it still applies , it just doesn't make a sound or anything acknowledging it.
