PC ı cant play game

hi everybody
So I have had the game for years now and I know this is way to late to report this issue but I really want to play the game. The issue I'm having is when I try load into any server it says I have disconnected and to try again later the problem is I have wiped all data from the game uninstalled it and reinstalled it tried new characters and even made new Xbox profiles and none of them have worked and the issue has still persisted for 3 years now and I'm at a loss of what to do thanks.

Check your NAT.  Common issue with the Microshaft gaming consoles, and may require specific forwarding on your modem/router to accomidate.
