I wouldn't have really noticed this without the Speccy.  Whoever built that computer ripped you off. You have one 16GB DDR5 4800Mhz RAM module that is running at 2400MHz because it is stuck in single-channel mode. When building a system with 16GB RAM, you would use two 8GB sticks so it uses dual-channel mode and gets the full speed of the RAM that is intended.  Your motherboard is limited to only two RAM slots, so you don't have a lot of expansion.

Find whoever built that system and give them a good beating.

This RAM stick is what you could buy and put into that system to bring it up to the performance it should be at.

Your Error is an "Out of Memory" error. 95% of the time I see this error is it either because the person has a custom pagefile, or they are on Linux with only 2GB Swap. Maybe 3% of the time it is because they did not exclude the client and save folders from security software.  I cover how and why you must do this in detail in the Pinned Support FAQ. I suppose it might be remotely related to a bottleneck on that single RAM stick, but that does not seem likely based on the load at the time of the crash.

 
i built my system) i used 1x16 RAM stick on 5600 mhz (Kingston FURY Beast DDR5 5600 МГц DIMM CL40 KF556C40BB-16). i have 1 empty slot for RAM.
i thought 1x16 will enough stable game(play). becouse its ddr5 and 16 GB)
i bad understand what u wrote me (a little)
am i need buy one more copy my RAM stik and add to 2 slot?

earlyer i used 32 gb ddr3 4-channel 1866mhz with xeon 2650v2 i thought 16 gb on 4800 mhz will be enough or not?

or mb am i have problem with my pc parts?

Your 16GB on 4800MHz is incapable of running at 4800MHz if it is only one stick. The speed rating is for dual-channel mode. You need one more stick to fill the other slot, and you want it to match the stick you have.

No it's not that.

Looking at the stack trace it looks like a driver issue, although I'm not sure if it's the GPU or you're missing system updates. Ensure you have all of the Windows updates, and try to reinstall the GPU driver, uninstall the only one using the DDU program

 
That one was definitely a gpu driver failure. Try turning Graphics Jobs off or on in the launcher.

Also, I've seen this help some users who have older GPUs: try downloading the gpu software from your manufacturer, for example Gigabytes, and use that to reduce the clock speed and memory speed, and maybe your power. Afterburner works too, but it is very outdated now. When hardware gets old, they can't handle what they used to.

because this gpu normally works on old pc 3-days ago

Oof sorry to hear that, but yeah it sounds like the memory is failing here. Try reducing the Memory Clock and Core Clock. In all honesty, I find it best to just drop both by a lot, like - 500 on each, and see if it holds. If it does, then start increasing until you get a crash. Or decrease until you get a crash, but constantly crashing (if you BSOD or auto reboot, not just crashing from an application to desktop, that's fine) can hurt your Windows install, so I prefer to go the route of reducing a lot and seeing what is causing it after that.

3 days ago it was working fine is normal. Once hardware goes past its breaking point, you will go from not crashing to crashing, no in-between (except frequency will increase).

just crash to desktop. and also may be crash steam or/and discord with the game.

is my problem with RAM or VRAM? just i bought new motherboard and RAM. may by i have problem with motherboard or RAM?

ps. if i run RTX Voise + Google chrome + stream discord with the game i 100% get crash.

ok i try reduce memory and core clok. but i have it problem with another my video card. and i think about - (all my vidocards is broken) or (new motherboard or new RAM) is broken.

It's your GPU VRAM, or something else on the GPU, I would say with high confidence. If you had a motherboard or system ram issue your computer would be rebooting a lot on its own, getting random BSOD, sometimes in really bad cases your system wouldn't be able to load Windows. Of course, this still could be a driver issue. Can't hurt to try the oldest you can find and go from there, or maybe find someone that wouldn't charge much to run tests on your GPU

Hm. Maybe try altering the power limit. Maybe it needs slightly more power (do not go barely higher than 100% though, maybe try 100% and alter the other ones lower). Finding out what's wrong further would really require a physical exam, putting it into a test computer or checking the hardware out with testers
