Can't look left or right

Hi! I'm playing Alpha 19.2 and it seems to have a weird camera glitch. Randomly I won't be able to turn left or right and the game forces we to only move forward. This is really inconvenient when running from a horde and can only run into a wall or towards the zombies because I can't turn around and go the opposite direction. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!

for others to help, you need to give up lots more info... as you left yourself open to a hundred questions that could be asked..

how do you play... keyboard and mouse, keyboard and controller, just controller, loose connection or bad connection with either, messed up key binds or controller binds, drivers corrupted or system playing on.

Turn mouse sensitivity to a value equal to 1 or greater. If mouse sensitivity is below 1, you may have this issue.

At least, based on a recent post in another thread that is my assumption. I'd need you to read the Pinned thread on how to report an issue, and do the needful.

When it happens, can you still look up and down?  I guess what I'm really asking is if the mouse works at all when it happens.  Or are you using a controller?
