Can't connect to peer-to-peer servers

Hi all. such a problem. When choosing to connect to a peer-to-peer server, it gives a timeout error. Disabled firewall and antivirus.None of this helped. I can connect to dedicated servers without any problems. Sorry my english is very bad.

Errors indicate that the connection to the server is blocked. Either by security software/firewall on your end, or on that of the host.

I'll also note that disabling the Antivirus doesn't fix anything. Especially if you have Defender. You must exclude the software. This is covered in detail in the Pinned Support FAQ thread.

If I connect the mobile Internet, then I can connect to ptp servers without any problems. Could it be some sort of internet setting? I spoke with the provider and he denies that something is blocking. I also added all the 7dtd files to the exclusions and it did not work.
