Windows Can't connect to my friend, infinite loading

First is reaaallyyy long "Waiting for server", next is also really long "receiving and loading configurations", then after hours i finally get "creating user" but i never load and even if my or my friend's name appears in TAB it shows 30 k ping. With Radmin VPN the connection attempt gets stuck on "Waiting for server" indefinitely. Without Radmin VPN the client gets past character creation, but the ping shows as 30k+ ms and the game never fully loads. The host's ping also becomes extremely high in the player list.We already verified integrity of game files, completely reinstalled the game on both PCs, tried any server option like for friends only and for everyone, also tried password trick, also didnt help. Disabled Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC) on both sides, added 7DaysToDie.exe and Radmin VPN to Windows Firewall exceptions, reset firewall to default settings, deleted %appdata%\7DaysToDie folder on both PCs, tried changing max players (2, 4, 8), both PCs were restarted, routers were rebooted. But ping between A and B is normal (60–100 ms) and also third friend can connect to one of us without issues.

There are a few things you need to improve. The network communication issues between you and your friends aren't due to a problem with either of your networks, but rather a lack of smooth connection between you. My personal suggestion is that you rent a third-party server to host a small, private gathering. That would solve the problem, and you could all access the server at any time.
