Cant connect to my dedicate server

Your friends will not be able to see the server until you log in when you have ServerVisibility set to 1.

So you can not test if the ports are correct until you change ServerVisibility to 2.

You are trying to connect from the LAN, so the ports don't matter, and are not the reason you can not connect.

You are bypassing the router when you connect via the LAN.

So, maybe the server is running fine, and the client is the problem. Or AV.

Verify files an clean on the client. Also exclude both the server and the client game folder from your

AV software.

If you set ServerVisibility to 2 and pm me the login info, I will try to connect and see what's going wrong.

I only see ServerVisibility 2 in his logs. Am I blind?

What I find strange is that he sees the internal IP of his server in the server listing, is that normal? (the picture he calls "Version error client")

Hi Guys, Sorry for late responce.

When i Say fresh install, is a New Windows install and New 7d2d Gameserver install. I dont put any savefile or custom files. Only download files from steamcmd, change setting and try to start but give me this error.

I try delete all data from roaming dictory, delete 72d2 server and re-download again fresh dedicate server files. But, when i try start again (without touch server.cfg) give this error again.

I confirm with Linux virtualizate on same computer, work 7d2d from steamCMD without problems. On windows, I try download 7d2d dedicate server from tools on Steam client Gui and work without problem. Really dont know why SteamCMD dedicate server dont work.

On SteamCMD i try install again SteamCMD, change steamcmd to other disk and try download server with login on my account and anonymous.

Note: IF possible settings and logs change because i testing for search why is the problem.

Did I get that right? The game downloaded by the steam client works but the game downloaded by the steamcmd does not? Then compare those two installs file by file, there must be a difference.

 
Yep, dedicate server download from steamcmd dont work but dedicate server download from steam client work. Its really confuse.

When i have more time i check it.

 
Well can close the ticket. When 7days dedicate server is download from SteamClientGui on "tools", work without problems.
