Windows Cant connect to friends

My Girlfriend cant connect to my server and others. The EAC convermation starts then its just the title backround and nothing happens anymore. She also cant see any news inside the game. i tryed a lot but nothing helps.

Both of you fully close the client.
Then you start your game, and have her connect.
Once it fails, both of you exit the game.
Then attach your logs to this thread. Both yours and hers. Instructions are Pinned.
