XBOX Cant authorize my discord account to my 7 days to die.

I already have an account authorized, but I can't access it due to mfa lock out, is there anyway to remove my discord from my account so I can access it with my new discord?

Do I have to delete my old discord account via discord support in order to do it?
 
In the game Audio settings, I think you unlinked the Discord account.
Maybe once you try to link Discord again, it might link the right account?
It's worth trying I guess... Good luck!

It tells me my accounts are linked, and to deauthorize it 😭 i cant do that because im locked out of my old discord
