Cannot Read Image Uploader window without highlighting

I thought at first it was only me, but when I was helping some people submit bug reports, I learned I was not alone in this.

Can you guys please change it, so it isn't black on black, and the Link areas isn't white on white?

You have to highlight everything to even see what you're doing.
