Cannot join a public server

Hello,

When I tried to join my friends server it gives me this error:

I am able to make a server myself and join it. Others are also able to join. I bought a dedicated server today and I get the same error when trying to join. I tried a random public sever and same issue. I verified my files, reinstalled the game, disabled EAC, disabled windows firewall and avast, drivers updated. I deleted local files, player file, reinstalled server. Nothing works.

There was a few in the roaming folder so hopefully that is correct. Any help greatly appreciated 

 
Looks like a corrupted player profile. Hard to say for sure since you didn't actually post the server log.

Delete player data on the server, or restore from a known good backup.

I see the following issues....

To properly clean this player's data, you would need to go into the Players folder of the save on the server and delete EOS_00022ccee700402a8a7aa17e8ff8b557.ttp and EOS_00022ccee700402a8a7aa17e8ff8b557.ttp.bak.

Do note that the server must be shut off when you do this. If it is online, it will just re-write the files from the data already stored in RAM.

I see four connection attempts in the log. I don't see anything else that would cause an issue.

For the Null Ref error in the local client, I would recommend first excluding the client from security software, and then validating the client at least twice.

 
Okay, we're in! Deleting the player file worked. Not sure why I couldn't join any server but we are in so whatever. Thank you
