PC Cannot create a new game?

Hi. I downloaded A21 (latest_expermintal). It launches to the new start screen fine. I like the new FP logo.

When I try to create a new game, it says Alpha 20, and will not give me an option to create a new game in Alpha 21. 

Any ideas? 

I confirmed it is launching A21. I tried starting from the Steam launcher and screen as well as the logo I have on my desktop.

Got it to work by using the world generator. Never had to do that before. Still looking for any ideas why it changed.
