Cannot connect to any server

Good morning survivors! Hope one of you big brains can give me a next steps to figure out an issue I am having.

While connecting to any server, I get stuck at "Receiving and Loading Configs". No errors, nothing. It just hangs there until I kill it. I have let it go for upwards of 30 minutes. The funny thing is that if I unplug my router and connect my desktop through my phone hotspot, I get in 100% of the time. I have also tried a VPN thinking that my ISP is the issue and same thing, hangs on "Receiving and Loading Configs".

So I know my install is good and everything is fine with my desktop because I can play with my hotspot. Hoping someone can give me next steps to try.

Be sure to copy the entire log, the cause of your problem is most likely in that log.
