PC Can you wastea blueprint or book by reading it twice?

Or is restricted so you can only use books you havent read yet?

You can read them more than once. You get the experience but no other benefit. If I have the inventory space and realize I've already read it in time, I save them to sell to the trader.

Is there a little flag icon or something to indicate tou have read it? Or do you have to check each one every time you find one?

It will show as an open book in the icon vs. a closed book if you have read it on the icon.
