PC Can you update to b199 and play the save from 197?

You can, but it's not recommended.

I always continue to play all the old saves files from experimental and only restart on stable release.

 
Alright. Thanks. Didn't know if it was going to mess up my game. Wasn't much that changed. So might just stick with b197 🤷♥♂️

 
I stuck with B197 event tho this new patch had terrain changes. I think the preloading the map at starting game isn't as locked as we thought? Even tho I am playing a B197 save I get the new B199 road gore blocks? I thought sure I wouldn't see those til I started a new map. Navezgane map. It was an area I hadn't opened up yet but still, thought the entire map was already pre loaded into memory, guess not.

 
Can you play the old saves? Or I'm just gonna stay in b197.

I loaded B197 save into B199 and it seems OK, but I already noticed a few glitches, like an item with no icon, for one.
