PC Can you open the console on consoles?

Was watching some console players and was wondering if they have access to console like we do on pc with F1 or if they can get access to admin commands.

 
No, they do not.  It was a required restriction for the console release.

I believe Hated stated that the 1.1 update on console would allow them to access/submit logs for collecting data on bug reports. However, I don't think they will have console access even then.
