Can´t see the light of others.

Before i file a bug report, i thought i check if this is already known or even intended (wich would be really weird) that i can´t see helmet light mods from others, also it´s not lighting up the area in front of them for me,

Same for the minibike.

I've heard others mention it but never pay attention in the game, so haven't noticed it myself.  Everything is so bright that I barely even notice my own lights most of the time.  But it sounds like it happens to others as well.  I don't look much at the bug section, so I don't know if a report was filed or of they have said it is intended.
