Can a admin instal a prefab?

Hi, I am a admin on a new server ( Les anges de la rénovations ) with some friend

I'm trying to put some prefab that i did but whe I press K.. I cant load all the prefab in the menue.

So, Can a admin ( not owner ) can load a perfab into game?

If your server has the tools installed to perform the action, and you admin level was given access to the commands, it is possible. There are a lot of variables here that are not set up by default at all.
