Calling Animator.GotoState on Synchronize layer error (yellow)

I posted this in mods because I think it is one of them causing it. I can't seem to figure out what part of the mod is causing it though. It was definitely happening with a modlet to item_modifications where I just have a handful of ModifyCVar and CVarLogValues. Occasionally I could see in the console thanks to CVarLogValue that all weapon mods would un-equip and re-equip themselves multiple times and this error would usually pop up. This happens once while loading in and randomly in-game every couple minutes. That might be a bug in the game itself and the mod is just revealing it. Removed that mod and still got the error albeit much more rarely.

Just wondering if anyone has had this issue and figured out what was causing it.

 
Most likely it will be fixed. The new version of engine - the guys are just learning.

True Words, and a yellow Error does not mean, you cant play the Game.

 
It's not an error. It's a warning. That's why it's yellow.

It happens in vanilla, without mods, whenever the player equips clothing.

 
I was thinking it may be a vanilla thing, but it definitely seemed to be happening every time that mods un-equip/re-equip thing happened and the CVarLogValues triggered. Glad I asked, saves me the time of having to play the game unmodded to test.
