Calling all new 7 Days to Die YouTube Content Creators

Hi Guys,

I'm starting a new weekly series aimed at highlighting and bringing attention to new channels on YouTube that show 7 Days to Die content. I'm especially interested in knowing what you feel you are doing differently than all the other channels out there. I'm primarily (but not necessarily exclusively) looking for newer channels that started up within the last year and have fewer than 500 subscribers. So new, interesting, but relatively unkown YouTube channels. I'm not covering Twitch-- sorry!!

If you feel this description fits you or if you have recently discovered a small startup channel that is super interesting please post a link to your channel in this thread and talk yourself up. I'll contact you by pm if I decide to use your channel. This series will appear on the official twitter and facebook page for 7 Days to Die. Let's help the little guys get their channels noticed!!

I guess I'll toss in my quater. Though I've been streaming/recording on Youtube far longer than a year, we only have 14 subscribers. I guess my content isnt that fun or interesting. I've tried a number of things from POI walkthroughs to tutorials, and even base builds and hordenights.

My husband and I run a gaming channel dedicated to games we play, or try. I'm also on twitch with just 3 followers.

I have foul language, crack jokes, tease zombies (bob and I are not dating, no matter what he says, we have never been a thing, ever), and build things as well as explore. and I have been running a server for over 3 years now, though its mostly me playing by myself there.

haha.. there is probably a twitch thread someplace

Hey Roland,

Your post was music to my ears as I just started my very first YouTube channel last week (yes that new) and I am 150% on 7DTD for the foreseeable future.

I just want to say I love Alpha 17 - it’s great to see how the game has progressed over the years (I bought just before Alpha 1.1 launched) and it’s been the best money spent on a game ever!

So as mentioned my channel is new, new, new and I have literally just got my first 3 subscribers this week.

I have a handful of videos up there right now, but what I am most excited about is the series I have just launched today called The Lone Wolf (inspired by the Lone Wolf series of Books by Joe Dever).

This is going to be a long term lets play series and I hope it's unique for the following reason:

The day to day episodes are going to be driven 100% by the decisions made by the audience.

My plan is to get the audience to suggest what The Lone Wolf character is going to do each evening and the following day. These suggestions will then be put into a poll to be voted on and then once we have our verdict the next episode will play out according to those decisions.

In the early days I guess it will be driven by the desires of the first few people who get in on the action, but as this grows I plan to be able to post a video every 2nd day (worst case) - I think this will give me enough time to do the suggestions and polling etc.

Anyway guys I hope you like the idea and would love if you can take a look at the channel and then series (links below) and if you could like, comment and subscribe that would be awesome.

I have left a detailed description on what I think the logical areas to make decisions are for the next episode but I am open to all suggestions!

And Roland I would happily be featured on anything you are doing :-)

Hey there - I just started up yesterday with a 7DTD debut video. I haven't got hold of any video editing software yet so my first video (and probably the next few) is in real time. I was inspired by Neebs, Glock9, Capp and Grand Spartan mainly, and I hope to start doing some themed videos like house flippers in the near future.

I will also be doing retro game videos, primarily on the Spectrum, but will no doubt do the odd C64 one too.

My channel link is below. Sorry there's only one video so far but that will be changing soon.

Hope you like it.

Hi, I have a very small You Tube channel, by no means new, but I have a lot of fun doing it and would like to take advantage of your offer to maybe bring attention to it. I have been quite shy all my life and I did this originally to try and help with speaking and I think it has helped. I play mostly multiplayer with my sister.

Channel link is https://www.youtube.com/user/BunnyNZplaysMC if anyone is interested in having a look :) Thanks!

I guess doesn't hurt to give this a shot.

For most of this year and the last few months of last year I have been playing a lot of 7 days, over 2000 hours on PC alone. I have a couple dozen 7dtd videos on my channel, a small series of a let's play, and some from when I was making a mansion.

And one video of my taking on my own creation. I have under 200 subs.

I don't have the best confidence with commentary right now so I usually ramble on or am quiet while playing, especially when really focused. I lean more towards the hardcore side of gaming so I challenge myself with permadeath and nomadding. I play differently to most others that make content and rarely make a horde base.

I just started recording a new series today with the new update, permadeath nomad as I have gotten used to the new combat mechanics.

Anyway, here's the link to my channel - https://www.youtube.com/c/FranticDan

Hey Roland,

Well, I'm not super new I've been making 7 days videos for a while but stopped so my channel is pretty much dead. But I just started again and brought i pretty neat idea to the table, So i deciced it was time to show my family my favorite game and have them try it out, Lets just say they got addicted so im making a lets play series revolving around me, my 2 cousins and brother playing the new alpha. I call it the FAMILY LETS PLAY its a mix of a lets play and comedy it would be sick if you took a look Roland, i even made a custom intro for the lets play itself which is pretty cool!

Not-A-Gamer Gaming: New YouTube Channel

Neat, I didn't notice this "small youtube channel" post here, that fits us quite well.

My wife and I have started a YouTube channel featuring 7D2D gameplay content, in a light cinematic style inspired in part by the Neebs Gaming style of videos. She currently over 100 subs, started about a month ago in the midst of a17 experimental.

The channel is called "Not-A-Gamer Gaming"; my wife is not "a gamer", where it's more of a passing interest and doesn't take it all that seriously. I, however, do take it more seriously and my frustration adapting to her playstyle is the source of much frustration, and as it turns out, entertainment. This is the basis for our channel.

Feel free to check it out here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCC2qegNTTL3b6StZSxxQ2Ug

Her style of editing has evolved over the last few weeks, and I dare say my wife's editing is getting better every week. We try to put out something every 2-3 days, so we hope to draw an audience that will keep her motivated to keep making more for a long time to come :) We have heard great feedback so far, and I hope some of you may enjoy what we have created together.

Here is a trailer to see what we're all about: (This was actually my first edit! My wife usually does it all)

If you enjoy this, and/or any other videos in her channel, please like and subscribe!

This is an amazing idea from guys!

We're We Always Die and we've been playing 7 Days To Die 1 year this month so i suppose we're super new to the game.

We started our youtube a year this month too but We took a long break due to not having the time too.

So We decided to start making content again from september 2018 and We wanted to try a lot harder this time with the editing side and recording side.

Our channel style is a Let's Play but with a twist. We add music and sound effects to make our videos feel like more of an episode than your typical Let's play.

We tend to spend roughly 5-6 hours editing our videos including both perspectives in our videos.

Our channel:https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZbjNBWf-rmUlGXVV8dCJEA?view_as=subscriber

Our latest video:

In the future We aim for a more neebs gaming style content but since We don't own a gaming pc yet We'll be sticking to our Let's play style until then.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and if you enjoy the video above, Check out our other videos

Hey! I just came across this page and not certain if this is still being promoted, but I would like to throw my hat in ring as well! I just recently started uploading a 7DTD series to my YouTube channel.

I feel that I am playing this play-through at a slower pace and trying to play as I feel the developers intended to see how it goes.

Hope to see some chatter from our 7DTD community here!

Link to my Channel, The Sage of Games: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwASDbpfdrNyJegrZfz3VnA

What sets me apart is that aside from my planned let's plays, I also make guides on certain topics within a game. My farthest save having been ruined by null object reference spamming errors in the console, I have decided instead to do a play through in single player where instead of taking over a POI and defending it until i have the resources needed to build a sturdy base, I will instead start off by just building a base out of whatever i can get my hands on, then building from there.

I have a relativity new channel on YouTube where I mostly stream. I'm joined more often than not with my wife (Lenzzie) and inevitably hilarity will ensue. We play for fun and have fun and don't take any of it too seriously. We're PG and love interacting with people in chat.

If you only watch one video,

Spiked

i got a youtube channel trying to reach a million viewers/subscribers.

what makes it different...... nothing really except i have clickbaity titles and hyperbole descriptions to be facetious about how insane all this desperate attempt to get traffic is. also i have a very dry sarcastic sense of humor and try to bring the lulz. here is an example of the lulz:

thats my most popular video 1.2k views which exceeded my expectations

Hi,

Are you still promoting small youtubers? I'm about to record episode 50 and could do with a leg up to get more views. Here is the link. I think it a good humoured channel that people will enjoy.

Hello Ladies and gentlemen, I am a new streamer that is broadcasting to youtube, twitch and steam under the nickname of Omicronkey. I upload daily episodes and am enthusiastic about having people to talk to during my streams. I hope that some of you will take the timd to check out my channels and if you will enjoy the 7 days to die (my favorite) + other game videos I have there I will be really happy about it.

Thank you all for taking the time to read this message!

I’m HelixWave, I also enjoy posting gameplay about 7DTD. Catch me over on YT (soon to hit the 100 sub club!) https://goo.gl/Jz2cfS or over at helixwave.com I play for fun and enjoy figuring things out while keeping a mentality of surviving as the primary goal. Studying how zombies move, react and engage with the player and environment around them feels core to the gameplay and I’m not against using quirks of the game to get ahead depending on the task at hand( screamer summoning xp milling). I *try* and keep the language clean and friendly. Some of the jump scare ninjalike zombies will always “full pucker” me and I hate that I love that!

P.S. Thank you devs for dismemberment back!

Hello! Me and my friend have very recently (last couple of weeks) started up a combined YouTube Brand channel named AusFriends Gaming. We right now stream AND upload videos to our channel. Content includes currently different dated Horde Nights. Planning to get more into updating POI testing for various hordes etc, building ideas/plans and the both of us will be doing Single Player series and a Duo series! We would really like some more subscribers before we get too deep into content creating. We have a lot of material ready for upload as it is. Currently working off a 2 day a week upload schedule (Monday and Friday and streaming weekend) would be great if you guys can show your support by coming over, watching some of the videos and having a laugh, subscribing and giving thumbs up on our vids! Really hope to see you there as this is something we are getting quite passionate about!
