Buried Supplies Glitch

Has anyone had any issues with the moment you start the buried supplies quest it auto failes?  I have had it on tier 1,2, and 3 so far

 
Yeah this can happen, pretty rare to hit as many as you did though (luckily unlucky!). An overhaul on how that works is in the works though to prevent this

If they are overhauling that, maybe you could mention to them that if the trader you go to for the initial buried supplies quest isn't close to the wilderness, it isn't possible to get that quest from that trader.  And if you can't get that quest, you can't get any other quests until you find a trader that is close to the wilderness.  I know that in RWG, that isn't a problem, but there are a lot of people who enjoy mega city maps and if they want to spawn in the middle of a large town, they won't be able to get any quests from any traders that aren't on the edge of town.
