Bug still active in Alpha 19.
Adding a bunker buster mod to a pick will reduce the experience gained per block after switching tools.
You can get the experience back to the normal level by clicking modify and exiting. This will last until you switch again and you will have to repeat to get the experience back to standard level.
Mining a block without the bunker buster takes 5 hits and yields me 110 exp total. If I have bunker buster in and have switched to a different tool or item it goes to 97 experience, and back to 110 if I choose 'modify' and close it.
