Bugs/glitches I've found posted here

So this is after the last update 2 weeks ago. Some bugs and or visual glitches.

These first two are from my shovel digging action after I've already let go of the trigger in advance.

It seems that we're not getting the XP for crafting items like we should.

Unless we're only supposed to get very little XP for a couple items crafted and then nothing.

This is been happening since 1.0 has been released for me and this latest video is after the last update fixing the save files bug. In this bug I shoot an arrow at a zombie in at the chest and it's like it goes right through it the zombie doesn't stagger there's no blood spray and there's no impact sound that there is when you shoot a zombie and hit them.

Well after the last update a week or so ago the leg spikes are back I'm on a random generation world with custom biomes size

This one's been going on for a while now too the block turns purple as you're trying to place it on the ground and yet the ground is solid underneath and if you do place it nothing happens except for the block being placed I've had this with block placing and planting crops and farm plots on the ground

The first one is weird, and I hate it myself. Hopefully we can polish it up at some point. You actually missed. We don't have a very sophisticated projectile system and mostly it's spread that is used for different quality of weapons, the primitive bow being the most inaccurate in the bow class. image.png

Your shot actually went down and to the right from where you were aiming, the frame I screenshotted does shot it inside the arm, but I couldn't get a still frame a couple frames ago. The arrow actually went between his torso and arm and the next frame or two his arm moved on top of the arrow. Annoying and not saying it's proper, but primitive gear shouldn't work perfectly anyway. Visually it's annoying though.

This one I have a weird object on my left side that shows up often I'm not sure if it's the sickle from the farmers outfit or not.
Will look at this one

This is intended.

So you can dig close to the trader but you cannot place any blocks where you had just Dug.
This is also intended. I dislike it but it's there for a reason. You also can't get a land claim bounds to cover the outside of traders, so you can wind up placing workstations down and not able to pick them up.

Thanks for the list, any I didn't mention I'll look at

@Jugginator, concerning the action continueing after releasing the trigger: Is that a controler input priority issue? On PS5 I've learned to deal with weird responses by now but it can be very annoying to see how you really have to release the trigger half way an animation to prevent it to perform an other strike. Best case this is just using a tiny bit stamina, worst case you get hurt by  collapsing your mining opperation if you accidently damage the pillar you kept in the middle.

Even worse is the way this seems to overrule the switch of items in your toolbelt: When holding a spear while walking I press L1 to switch a slot to the left (my bow), followed by L2 to zoom in. The reaction is often a power attack with spear without switching to bow if I don't first completely stop moving and wait a second to confirm the switch was fully done. Initialy it was just annoying but of course this happens mostly when sneaking through POI's at night, missing that shot and drawing attention with that power attack.

In all fairnes, I realy enjoy this game solo. I can see PvE being fun too but with this controler issue this game is just not suitable for PvP on consoles.

When messing with the random world generation advanced settings I noticed the preview had some weird things in it so I exited it out started recording and started messing with things being recorded and this is what you got.

Yes it does make it really hard you end up getting hit or collapse something or break a block you didn't want to break it also happens to me when you jump off your bicycle and you're not even facing the bicycle as you jumped off and turned and you still hit it knife or ax or anything

Annoying when doing random POI missions and 2 or 3 other's along with you and suddenly game freeze's like the old version back in A14 or so. or it flat out crashes knocking everyone out of the game. Logging back in and the whole mission, especially when far into a POI mission or nearing the completion of it - the whole quest resets like you never accepted the mission and you'd be deep underground or above in high floors.  Now you gotta either dig your way out instead of following the long long pathing the game Dev's made you go on, or jump floor to floor if possible to get back down - just to restart the quest.

Would be nice if the mission didn't reset upon logging back in while the quester is currently on the POI. The POI should allow you to start where you left off and be able to complete the mission.

The stability needs a P1 focus fire fix. The game ability to release memory after a player leaves a chuck when other players are roaming around so it doesn't overwhelm the host on the XBox Series X and crash it.  Also other players may end up crashing while the host is still online and stable. it's just random. No decreeable pattern.
