The game crashed and I had no choice but to force it to close, but once I re-entered it, I appeared flying in the clouds without being able to do anything or be able to open any inventory window or anything like that.

Not quite sure what you want us to do with this in the "General Discussions" section? Is it just to show something off cool? Because surely if you wanted help, you would have posted it in the support section and followed the guidelines there so someone could help you?
