i launch the game and my mouse starts jittering and moving itself upward cannot click on anything even if it highlights the option cannot alt tab out of it to close it when i open my windows menu my mouse doesn't move very far and continues to jitter please help it didn't use to do this

At a guess, you have a controller plugged in.

yes in fact was because i had a controller plugged in thank you so much i was losing my mind
