Bug on Xbox? World no longer loading

Hi, so I'm new and not sure if there's anywhere I can find information on possible bugs or report bugs? My world in 7dtd doesn't seem to want to load anymore. I've tried restarting the game, restarting my Xbox. Uninstalling the game and reinstalling and nothing seems to be working. I would really prefer not to delete the world since it's mine and my friends first attempt and we worked hard on it. Is there any way I can fix it? It was working just fine yesterday. And my save data isn't even half full on the bar below. 

 
Only thing that comes to mind for me would be a corrupted save file, something I would try would be to start a new map and play on it for a short time and then try jumping back into your original map. I know it sounds weird, but I've played games in the past that wouldn't start up properly, so I'd jump into a different game and then back out and my game would start up just fine. Sometimes the weirdest things seem to work lol

I'll definitely have to try that later today to see if it helps, thank you! 

 
What's happening when you try to load it? Eg is it getting so far then stopping or is it just not loading. I've lost a couple of saves now that get stuck on the building environment screen. I can hear the game running but it won't let me in. One thing that seems to work is to wait till you get to the building environment screen then get your friend to join the game. Once in if he de allies with you, finds your player (usually your invisible but they should see what ever your holding floating) get them to turn everything off in your base then if it doesn't jump you in get them to kill you. 

I've started leaving my base and heading 500 meters down the road before leaving and so far it seems to be working. 

I hope you rescue your save because fun pimps will do nothing to help and are actively ignoring this bug and any requests for help

I can address these questions at least. The developers maintain a database of known issues here:

For console bugs in particular, the game also includes an in-game bug report feature.

  1. Pause the game.
  2. Select the “Report a Bug” button, under the “Exit” button.
  3. On the screen that appears, enter a description of the problem and what happened leading up to it.
  4. Set “Attach Screenshot” to Yes if you want submit a screenshot of the game with your report.
  5. Select “Submit."



This feature is the best way for console users to alert our QA department to issues in the game. When you submit, the game sends your report to our backtrace database, along with an output log, and screenshot if you choose to include one. QA staff can then use this information to begin evaluating the problem.
