PS bug, loading screen, initializing world

My 7 Days to Die game isn't working. I try to enter my world and the loading screen stays on Initializing World and never enters the world. I don't know why, yesterday I played the game a lot and it had a lot of lag, but I kept playing and I disconnected because I had to do some things. When I came back to play, it wouldn't let me in. I'm on PS5, what's the solution?

I had the exact same problem on the day of the release. The map download always stopped at like 70% and I was back to the starting screen. I tried it at least 10 times with always the same result except sometimes it stoped at 75% sometimes at 73%.
 
I to am facing this problem i bought everyone the game in this house hold even the fresh started games like I'm talking first time turning on the game period and are unable to play multiplayer . Tried every trick in the book uninstalled reinstalled verify the files always shows there's one file needed to even play then i go look for the file its missing on all three pcs .
 
I believe there is nothing we can do to fix this. Its a huge bug to say the least. If you do get it to work somehow, you most likely wont even be able to join the game the next time you play. Thats my experience. First I had the problem described above, came back another day and was finally able to play with a friend. We were so happy. But we came back to the game 2 days later and no matter what we did and tried, I wasnt able to join the game. It wasnt even a "loading Problem", I just could not join. The screen only said "Friend Request received" and kept loading til infinity. My friends game was working fine I guess, but I could not join the game no matter what.

Its just incredible to go live like that. Crazy! so many possibilities to test in advance. Whats even more disapointing is the lack of communication. I am pretty sure they know about this problem by now. Why not post a little statement to at least let the costumers know that they are working on it. Its almost ridiculous.
 
I agree with you 100%, if they just acknowledged the fact this is an issue and tell us they are working on it if there is not workaround on our end.

I love the changes to the game, the 2 days I got to play I saw significant improvement in the difficulty, its not so easy anymore!

I hope they fix it soon. I hoped they also dont keep making our old saves not compatible with the updates!
 
The same issue is occurring in my environment as well. I’ve been trying for about an hour each day over the past three days, but there’s been no change in the situation. It doesn’t seem to be a temporary issue.


I hope for a prompt resolution.
 
I have the same problem and, for the same reason, I even started a new game. Unfortunately, I can't open that one anymore either. Both games were on between days 15 and 19 before the problem occurred. Was it the same for you? I love the update to 2.0 stable, but after over 60 hours of gameplay that are now lost, I'm really hoping for a solution and that save games can be restored somehow.
 
No, me and my buddy must have been on day 3 or 4 or something like that.

But the fact that we had trouble from the very first day of the release doesnt make me confident that they will find a solution any time soon.
I have seen numerous threads on here with the same problem on console but not a single response as of yet. And the update has been out long enough they had like 3 weeks to fix or at least acknowledge the problem.
 
After reading your messages and analyzing your server error, I can assume that this is the same error. The servers in the console see it this way, but as a player, you are unable to enter the world when creating a character.

Same here. On PS5, stuck on 'Initializing World'. Bought the game, been playing that save for days and now cant load it (Gets stuck at 'Initializing World', annoyed at all the wasted time and effort if the save is lost, and dont really want to risk starting over again until the bug is resolved. This is a serious game breaking bug and devs need to fix it asap. What is the point in playing if your save can just stop working at any moment making all your time building/crafting looting all for nothing.

Sadly it never get fixed this was also a problem in the first 7 days to die in console and this was 5 years ago or so

Me to my new 2.0 world with level 190+ is now also gone I play on ps5 and don't have any chance to save my save game or my world because they don't care about us console players that's also why we have to pay for it twice and still have more problems then pc gamers
