Snowfield quest: Clear the Fort Bags and collect supplies. When you start, the flag disappears, but you can't start, and it tells you to start again. Then, when you dig the nearby coal ore, the lower layer becomes visible.

I wasn't able to reproduce this bug. I was able to get the supplies it required me to find, kill all the zombies and finish the quest. Do you have any reproduction steps for your issue? My flag disappeared they way it was intended. Let me know if you get more information.
