I noticed that I seemed to be getting way too many books from garbage bins and dumpsters. As in almost every dumpster or trash bin was triggering Bookworm rather than just a 25% chance.
I checked loot.xml and it looks like certain loot groups have nested Bookworm chances causing it to trigger multiple times when looting the container instead of just once. groupGarbage for example has a chance for bookworm, plus 1-2 picks from groupJunk which also happens to have a chance for bookworm to trigger.

- Loot any dumpster, garbage can or trash bin with Bookworm.
check loot.xml, groupGarbage, groupDumpster and groupJunk.
