PC Bloodmoon Horde spawning inside base

That thread answers it pretty well. BMH spawns aren't blocked by land claims and the game has no concept of "your base". If there's a spawnable block within the appropriate distance, zombies will spawn there. Whether "inside" or "outside" your walls doesn't matter - the game has no understanding of that.
