blacked out buildings

hello im having a little prob with A18 my buildings are looking like this till im right in front of them, any ideas how to fix? ive already done a reinstall

It happened to me as well. I also have missing textures. Missing textures on the hair of the zombies.

I only get this after doing prefab work in the ingame editor and then not starting the game again. Especially if you are creating distant meshes via console.
