Windows Black Smoke and Clouds

First time posting here so hopefully I'm at the right place within the forums.

At times I have issues with distant storm clouds appearing black as well as when firing a gun the smoke after firing is black as well. Completely obscures everything behind the smoke and is a nightmare during a scrum. This is new issue since 2.5 update. RTX2060 and Drivers are up to date. Steam checked file integrity and that's good too. No mods installed. I've linked the video of the post I made on Reddit. I've seen others have issues with objects rendering black. Related?

Reproduction Steps
I'm not sure how to reproduce. Seems to mostly happen at night.

Thanks for your time!

I have tried lowering various setting and increasing various settings with no luck regardless of what I've tried. This is currently what I have going on.
RTX 2060 Driver current: 591.86

Good observation. I think graphic settings is to mean an image of your 'Display Settings' for that first Video Settings tab as well (based on the response where this was posted in another thread).

Hi Raisin,

Would you be able to post an image of your graphic settings and quality settings under video options? This will assist wit a reproduction.

Thanks,
Dollie
Both Display and Video Settings Screenshots. Forgot to post Display screenshot in previous reply.
This black clouds, cold breath and gun barrel smoke only happens at night. I don't recall observing it at all during daytime.

I discovered something new tonight that is unusual but perhaps will help in diagnosis, or at worse make thing more puzzling. While shooting my weapon inside the horde base through scaffolding ladders I had no black smoke effect. But once I stepped out of the base onto the balcony and engaged targets below I had the black obstructive smoke. I went back and forth a few times and it would consistently behave in this way. Quite bizarre that this only occurs outdoors.
