PC Bike and Truck Licensed?

How did these 2 Models came into the game ?

The truck especially is a huge upgrade model wise and looks way smoother than the old bike.

My question would be:

Did the pimps commission 3D Models or was it build by the own in house Team?

Or was it even a gifted community Project?

I know that question is very specific but i just like the truck and its design upgrade compared to the previous stuff.

 
They were made in house. They have some new artists that are laying the hammer down. There's some amazing stuff coming out.
